The Apple Suite - Design & Implementation
This room has been designed with the Kaldera views in mind. The bed was raised and placed on the viewpoint axis. Right behind it, the shower was separated by glass, so that the Kaldera may be visible from there.

Concept
Overlooking the caldera of Santorini, one is overcome by powerful emotions. There is a feeling of safety on the path. Yet one step ahead the dramatic cliff creates a feeling of vulnerability, of nakedness. One comes face to face with one’s own fragility. With this transparent bathroom design overlooking the caldera, we try to evoke the same breathtaking sensation.
