At the caldera, one can almost feel the invisible force which sculpts the earth with fire and water, to produce art that is larger than life. The mainland also offers a touching experience, as one discovers how this violent force of nature has influenced local art and architecture and the spirit of the island. Everything is different here, everything is extraordinary. Subspaces gradually unfold before the visitors, as they enter. The walls have a striking lyrical plasticity, capturing something of the new couple\u2019s eroticism. The closets, benches and beds are all set within organic forms, creating a unified sculptural whole.
