The design objective for the Tholos restaurant was to create a contemporary nest, styled in line with the local architecture, which would provide shelter from the sun and the sharp winds.

Concept
After extensive experimentation with various forms, we arrived at this flowing design, where the built elements seem to extend the natural rock formations, creating a unique, contemporary private shelter hidden within the architectural structures of the cliff, facing the Aegean.
